This
course provides a thorough exploration of various sentence structures and verb
characteristics, focusing on both written and spoken language. Throughout the
semester, students explore topics such as adjective clauses, gerunds,
infinitives, causatives, and coordinating conjunctions. Emphasizing a
context-driven approach, students will engage in practical language scenarios,
honing their skills in both written compositions and spoken interactions. By
the end of the course, students are expected to demonstrate their understanding
by crafting a short text and delivering an oral presentation that effectively
applies the learned sentence varieties and verb features in real-world
contexts.
